Pursuant to the terms of your Lease Agreement, you are required to maintain continuous liability and related insurance coverage for the Premises at all times. Please provide an updated Certificate of Insurance, along with any required endorsements, as soon as possible to avoid noncompliance and potential default under your Lease. Also enclosed is a Tenant Contact Form. Please complete and return this form if you have not already done so, so we have current contacts on file in case of an emergency. Dear Unit Owner, This email serves as a reminder regarding the insurance requirements applicable to your unit at Diamond Bermuda in accordance with the recorded CC&Rs. Pursuant to Section 2.7 of the CC&Rs, each Owner is required, at its own expense, to maintain appropriate insurance coverage for its Lot and any improvements located thereon. Such coverage must include policies of public liability insurance and casualty insurance issued by insurers authorized to do business in the State of Nevada and in amounts customary for similar industrial properties. In addition, the CC&Rs require that the Manager, the other Owners, and any Mortgagees be named as additional insureds under the applicable policies, and that the policies contain provisions waiving subrogation against the Owners. To maintain compliance with these requirements and our records, please provide a current Certificate of Insurance evidencing the required coverage for your unit. The certificate should confirm that the required liability coverage is in place and that the appropriate additional insured and waiver of subrogation provisions are included.
